All orders placed for production and / or sale on the website www.dominileather.com with the French company SARL DOMINI LEATHER, SIREN: 890 784 267, VAT number: FR00890784267, having its office registered at 55 Rue des Fourbisseurs, Avignon, 84000 are governed by the general terms and conditions of sale below.
Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and import taxes and duties for the USA, Switzerland and Norway. Domini Leather gives the opportunity to check prices in other currencies only by way of example.
All payment transactions are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States and local taxes and import duties for the USA, Switzerland, Norway. No extra payment will be required upon delivery. Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders destined outside the European Union (with the exception of USA, Switzerland and Norway). Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered. In case the payment is made through a bank transfer, the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited. Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.
The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Domini Leather within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Domini Leather guarantees a full refund with the exception of shipping fees, import duties and local taxes. You can return a product to Domini Leather within 14 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.
You cannot return:
- personalized products;
- products purchased for professional and/or commercial use.
Products returned with damaged or without hang tag label, used or incomplete will not be refunded.
Domini Leather reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender.
The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Domini Leather suggests to use a tracked shipping system.
WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
All Domini Leather products are covered by a 24 months warranty starting the day of the delivery as stated in the Guarantee Certificate provided with each product.
In case there are any problems the customer should contact Dominui Leather and provide pictures of the problem to: email@example.com.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline. Domini Leather reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.
Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Domini Leather takes place in France and is regulated by the relevant French Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations.
