Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Therefore, please protect the goods and keep it in the same shape as when you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • If you paid by credit card via PayPal, it usually takes 4-6 business days for money to reach your account.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. There is also a 10% restocking fee, or a minimum of $13.20.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange it for another item of the same type, send us an email at support@dominileather.com. In the subject of an email, please state EXCHANGE and the number of your order. We will reply as promptly as possible.

Please note that you will have to cover return shipping fees. However, in case of an exchange, the restocking fee is not applied. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure that 4-6 business days have really passed. In positive case, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your bank account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dominileather.com. We will respond as soon as possible and resolve the issue in a very timely manner.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at support@dominileather.com for further instructions. In the subject of an email, please state RETURN or EXCHANGE and the number of your order. We will provide you with all the necessary information in order to perform a return or exchange of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the primary order shipping costs and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

In case of exchange and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
